ARTURO - TECHNICIAN

Arturo is our Dodge technician who has been in the industry since 2014. He grew up in California and moved to the Tri-Cities in 2011. He has always had a love for cars; playing with hot-wheels as a child, to then teaching himself to disassemble and reassemble vehicles. He graduated from CBC and began his career at a Dodge dealership where he learned to work on many makes and models. We are fortunate to have his diverse skills and experience. 



When he’s not at work, you will likely find him going to car shows or car races, hiking, snowboarding, or going to see his favorite bands.

GERARDO - TECHNICIAN

Gerardo is our Euro/Ford Technician who has been in the industry since 2015. After graduating from Perry Tech, he spent a good portion of his career at a Ford dealership, but his real passion is anything Euro. His extreme attention to detail and wealth of knowledge has made him our perfect Euro technician who won’t turn away from any challenge.

Any free time he has is spent in his Audi, on his motorcycle or taking his family out on the boat.

LANCE - TECHNICIAN

Lance is our diesel/electrical technician who has been in the industry since 2008. He graduated from Perry Tech in 2012 and continues to expand his wealth of knowledge & training on a daily basis so he can service your vehicles the best way possible. He has done everything from hybrid electrics to semi-truck application. 

Outside of work, he loves spending time camping in the mountains with his family and loved ones, hunting and playing on the river in his boat.

MARK - OWNER

Mark has lived in the Tri-Cities since 1990 and opened his dream business, All Automotive Service & Repair in 2007. At the age of 13 he completed his first oil change, tune-up & clutch job in his parents’ carport. That’s when he knew he enjoyed working on cars. As a teenager his first automotive job was at a dealership, and he’s been involved in the industry in one form or another ever since. 

He loves hitting the gym every morning, spending time with his wife, kids & grandchildren and driving his Jeep and motorcycle. 

SARAH - MANAGER

Sarah, our manager, has been in the industry since 2013. Though her love for cars and big trucks alike stemmed years before that. She has lived most of her life in the Tri-Cities, but is originally from the Southeast and a country girl at heart. Her customer service skills are second to none, but don’t be surprised that “darlin”, “hun” and “dear” are still part of her everyday language. 



She loves spending time with her husband and their 2 sons riding horses, camping, hunting and playing on their side by side in the mountains.
